Arnica cream

Applied to the skin as a cream, or ointment, arnica has been used to soothe muscle aches, reduce inflammation, and heal wounds.
INGREDIENTS: Arnica Montana Flower Extract, Polysorbate 20, Glycerin Carbomer, ROSMARINUS OFFICINALIS (ROSEMARY) LEAF OIL, EUCALYPTUS GLOBULUS (EUCALYPTUS) LEAF OIL, PIPER NIGRUM (PEPPER) FRUIT OIL, ZINGIBER OFFICINALE (GINGER) ROOT OIL, Triethanolamine, Benzyl Alcohol Potassium Sorbate.
DIRECTIONS: Adults and children over 2 years of age; apply arnica gel to the desired area and massage in a circular motion 2 to 3 times a day.
WARNINGS: For external use only
Keep out of reach of children
Avoid contact with eyes
Do not use on wounds or broken skin
Discontinue use if rash, redness, or itching occurs
Use only as directed
